摘  要:电机电流量作为机电液系统的输入源信号,具有容易获取的特性。在机电液系统状态分析中,电流信号是理想的信息来源。文中通过对三相电机电流信号进行分析,研究机电液系统故障,并利用小波变换特征提取法对电流信号进行分析,提取设备故障特征。最后通过实验对提取方法的有效性进行验证。As the input signal of electro-hydraulic system, motor current is easy to acquire. In the analysis of electro-hydraulic system state, the current signal is an ideal source of ilfformation. Through the analysis of the current signal of three phase motor, the fault of the eleetromeehanieal system is studied, and the feature extraction method of wavelet transform is used to analyze the current signal, and the fault features of the equipment are extracted. Finally, the validity of the extraction method is verified by experiments.
