摘　　要：水-乙二醇难燃液压液是一种含水型的难燃液体。通过对黏指剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、防锈剂等添加剂的筛选,进一步提升防锈、润滑、消泡性能。着重考察了产品的抗泡体系和润滑体系,润滑剂脂肪酸A使产品具有优异的润滑性能的同时,还带来良好的防锈性能。消泡剂2提升抗泡性能的同时,与体系中的增黏剂有良好的相容性。开发的产品与国外竞品相比,研制的产品具有更为优异的润滑性和抗泡性能。Water-ethylene glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid is a type of water containing liquid. Through the selection of additives, such as viscosity index improvers, lubricant, defoaming agent and antirusting agent, further enhance the antirust property, lubrication and defoaming properties. The anti-foaming system and lubrication system of the product were mainly investigated. The fatty acid A provide the products with excellent lubricity and good rust resistance. Defoaming agent 2 improves foam resistance and has good compatibility with viscosity index improvers in the system. Compared with foreign Conpetitive Product, the developed products has better lubricity and anti-foaming properties.
