摘  要:该文主要介绍了液压系统中存在的可能污染源的分析,接着介绍了提高清洁度的方法即通过有效的油品过滤、管路冲洗,以最大程度地减少液压系统中的杂质,从而提高液压系统中油品的清洁度,确保设备的正常调试运行。又详细介绍了油品过滤的关键步骤即充分除水、调节循环过滤流程。以及加快冲洗速度的办法即管路冲洗前,进行充分预处理能提高冲洗效率,及时更换滤芯和液压油,最后根据上述方法和问题,提出了液压系统油品清洗的工艺改进措施。This article briefly introduces the analysis of the possible pollution source which exists in the hydraulic system and the methods to improve cleanliness. In other word, the furthest reducing the impuriU in the hydraulic system to improve the cleanliness of the oil product through efficient oil filtration and pipe flushing. Then the key steps of oil filtration are introduced which include adequately dehydrating and adjusting process of filtering circulation. Besides, increasing the flushing speed which means before pipe flushing, make adequate pretreatment to improve the efficiency of flushing and change filter element and hydraulic oil in time. Finally, putting forward the technical improvenlent about oil product filtration of hydraulic system according to the problems and methods above.
