和血明目片辅助治疗糖尿病眼底出血患者的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探析糖尿病眼底出血予以和血明目片辅助疗法对患者血液流变和临床效果的研究。方法临床选择2017年4月—2018年3月在该院就诊的糖尿病眼底出血患者80例,按随机对照法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=39),全部研究对象均予以控制血糖、营养神经、改善微循环药物,观察组在此基础上加用和血明目片,两组均治疗1个月,比较两组治疗后的视力恢复效果和眼底检查效果。比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标变化。结果观察组的视力恢复效果和眼底检查效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血浆黏度、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切等血液流变学指标均有降低,但观察组治疗后的血浆黏度、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切等血液流变学指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病眼底出血患者进行和血明目片治疗,对患者有显著疗效并有效改善血液流变,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of diabetic fundus hemorrhage and Xuemingmao adjuvant therapy on hemorheology and clinical outcomes. Methods Eighty patients with diabetic fundus hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group（n=41） and the observation group（n=39）.All the subjects were included in the study. The blood sugar, nutrient nerve and micro-circulation drugs were controlled.The observation group was added with Xuemingmu tablets on this basis. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The visual recovery effect and fundus examination after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of blood rheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The visual acuity recovery and fundus examination of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The blood flow, plasma viscosity, low blood viscosity and high blood viscosity of the two groups after treatment were observed. The indicators of change were all decreased, but the blood rheology indexes such as plasma viscosity, low blood viscosity and high blood viscosity were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetic fundus hemorrhage and Xuemingmu tablets have significant curative effect on patients and effectively improve blood rheology, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
