针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的选穴研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的疗效,分析了近15年针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的选穴规律,为针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎提供更好的临床依据。方法以"针刺治疗糖尿病""糖尿病周围神经炎""周围神经炎""针刺治疗糖尿病神经炎""糖尿病神经炎""针刺穴位治疗糖尿病神经炎"作为检索词,在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库(VIP)收集了众多学者的研究成果关于针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的临床文献,采用数据挖掘中的频数分析方法分析针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎的选穴,最终选取123篇,包括121个穴。结果针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经炎使用频次比较高的穴位为足三里穴、三阴交穴、曲池穴、合谷穴、阳陵泉穴、太溪穴、脾俞穴、外关穴、内关穴、委中穴、悬钟穴、八风穴、膈俞穴、八邪穴、承山穴、肾俞穴、内庭穴、昆仑穴、手三里穴、太冲穴、丰隆穴、血海穴、环跳穴、胰俞穴、肺俞穴、胃俞穴、关元穴、阴陵泉穴、解溪穴、肝俞穴、委阳穴。结论通过分析发现在经脉穴位选择上以脾经、胃经、大肠经、膀胱经等为主,穴位类型以合穴、原(输)穴、下合穴等为主。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuritis, and analyze the acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis in the past 15 years, and provide a better clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis. Methods ＂Acupuncture treatment of diabetes＂, ＂diabetic peripheral neuritis＂, ＂peripheral neuritis＂, ＂acupuncture treatment of diabetic neuritis＂, ＂diabetic neuritis＂ and ＂acupuncture acupoint treatment of diabetic neuritis＂ as the search term. CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform（WF） and VIP Database（VIP）have collected the research results of many scholars on the clinical literature of acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis, using frequency analysis in data mining to analyze acupuncture treatment of diabetes In the selection of peripheral neuritis, 123 articles were selected, including 121 acupoints. Results Acupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis used acupuncture points with high frequency of Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Quchi, Hegu, Yanglingquan, Taixi, Spleen, Waiguan,Neiguan, Weizhong, Hangzhong, Bafeng, Yushu, Baxue, Chengshan, Shenshu, Inner Court, Kunlun, Hand Sanli, Taichong,Fenglong, Xuehai, Huanqiu Point, Panshu Point, Feishu Point, Weishu Point, Guanyuan Point, Yinlingquan Point, Jiexi Point, Ganshu Point, and Dangyang Point. Conclusion Through analysis, it is found that the spleen meridian, stomach meridian, large intestine meridian and bladder meridian are the main points in the selection of meridians, and the acupoint type is mainly composed of acupoints, original（transfer） and lower acupoints.
