体育非营利组织的发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：本文通过对体育领域非营利组织的发展现状分析,在梳理相关文献的基础上,以上海市为例展开体育社团、民办非企业单位、基金会的现状分析,并对非营利组织在体育领域发展中的作用进行定位,进一步分析了体育非营利组织发展中存在的问题,从而提出一些发展对策。This paper analyzes the present situation of non-profit organizations in sports field. On the basis of combing related literature,taking Shanghai as an example,it analyzes the present situation of sports organization,private non-enterprise units,and foundations. Furthermore,the role of non-profit organizations in the development of sports field is pointed out. The problems existing in the development of sports nonprofit organizations are further analyzed and some development countermeasures are put forward.
