摘 要:目的观察品管圈管理模式对护理工作规范化操作质量持续改进的临床效果。方法对该院2016年11月—2017年6月实施的第二期品管圈护理管理模式进行观察,与未实施品管圈管理模式的护理质量相比较,观察品管圈管理模式实施前后临床护理工作的规范化操作质量的改善情况,调查患者的护理满意度。结果品管圈管理模式实施后,护理工作规范化操作质量得到显著提高,患者对护理的满意度也明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理模式应用于医院的护理管理中,对护理工作规范化操作质量具有持续改进的作用,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of quality control circle in the quality continuous improvement of nursing work standardized operation. Methods The quality control circle nursing management model in the second term in our hospital from November 2016 to June 2017 was observed, and the nursing quality of model without the quality control circle management model was compared, and the improvement of standardized operation quality before and after the implementation of clinical nursing work was observed, and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients was investigated. Results After the implementation of quality control circle management model, the nursing work standardized operation quality was obviously improved, and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients was obviously improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the hospital nursing management has a continuous improvement effect on the standardized operation quality of nursing work, and it is worth promotion.
