白及化学成分、药理活性及质量评价研究进展

摘　　要：白及为兰科植物白及Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.的干燥块茎,主要分布于我国华东、中南、西南及甘肃、陕西等地。其用药历史悠久,应用广泛,药效显著,几千年来已为人们防治疾病做了不可磨灭贡献。本文综述了近年来从白及中分离出的多种化学成分(如联苄类、菲类、糖苷类、花色素类等),多种药理作用(如止血、抗菌、抗肿瘤等),以及白及的一些质量评价的方法,为白及相关的中药研究、新药开发、提供一定的科学依据。Bletilla striata is a perennial herb,which is mainly distributed in east,central south and southwest of China,Gansu,Shaanxi,etc. The drug has a long history and wide application and significant efficacy. It has made indelible contribution to Chinese disease prevention and treatment for thousands of years. The chemical constituents isolated from Bletilla striata in recent years were reviewed,such as bibenzyll,phenanthrene,indicant,anthocyans,etc.The pharmacological effects of Bletilla striata such as bleeding,antibacterial and antitumor,and some quality evaluation method of Bletilla striata were also discussed. It would provide scientific basis for the research of Chinese traditional medicine and the development of new drugs.
