摘 要:针对煤尘抑尘剂制备方法及工业应用开展研究,以基础性能指标如粘度、接触角及对煤质和环境影响等方面开展评价。结果表明,所开发的煤尘抑尘剂与煤尘的接触角较水减小30°左右,粘度在180~240 m Pa·s之间,能有效捕集和粘黏粉尘颗粒物;长时间处于自然环境中可被微生物分解,真正做到对环境无毒无害;经第三方检测证明其对煤炭工业性能无明显影响,又在某港务局实地应用,历经大风、降雨等天气,抑尘效果稳定、作用显著,具有较好的应用推广前景。Preparation methods and industrial applications of coal dust suppressants were investigated. Basic performances of the suppressants such as viscosity,contact angle and the effects on coal quality and environment were evaluated. The results showed that the contact angle between dust suppression and coal dust was less approximately 30°than that of water. The viscosity of suppressant was 180 - 240 mPa·s. It could remain in the environment for a long time and could be decomposed. And it was harmless to the performance of the coal quality. The dust suppressant could remain the performance in the condition of strong winds,rainfall and other weather.
