摘　　要：洗衣粉作为日化行业的一类重要产品,目前主要的生产工艺为高塔喷粉,其水耗及能耗相对较高,本文分析归纳了洗衣粉生产过程中的几类用水,分别为配料用水、设备冷却水、除尘用水、清洁用水等,针对这几类用水从技术及管理角度,总结洗衣粉生产过程中的节水措施,通过这些措施的实施可大幅降低洗衣粉生产过程的中的用水,基本可实现废水零排放的目标。As one of the most important products in the daily chemical industry,the main production process is high tower powder spraying,and its water consumption and energy consumption are relatively high. Several kinds of water used in the production process of washing powder were summarized,such as ingredients water,equipment cooling water,dust removal water,clean water,and so on. And management angle,the water saving measures in the production process of detergent powder were summarized. Through the implementation of these measures,the water in the process of washing powder production can be greatly reduced,and the goal of zero discharge of waste water can be realized basically.
