摘  要:壳牌长北气田某井钻具在钻进过程中腐蚀严重,给正常生产带来严重影响。经过分析得知溶解氧是钻具腐蚀的主要因素。针对现场钻井液循环系统的特点,完成各环节钻井液溶解氧含量检测及趋势分析;针对性研发的新型钻井液用除氧剂在现场进行了应用,对除氧效果及其对腐蚀抑制性进行评价,结果显示除氧剂在加量为1000 mg/L时,可以将钻井液溶解氧含量控制在1.0 mg/L以下,同时可大幅降低钻井液腐蚀速率。The drilling pipe corrosion is serious in drilling process in Shell Changbei gas field,which brings serious influence to normal production. Analysis showed that dissolved oxygen was the major factor for such a serious corrosion.According to the characteristics of field drilling fluid circulation system,the detection and trend analysis of dissolved oxygen content of drilling fluid were completed,and a new type of oxygen scavenger developed for drilling fluid was applied in the field. The deoxygenation effect and corrosion inhibition were evaluated. The results showed that the dissolved oxygen content of drilling fluid could be controlled below 1. 0 mg/L and the corrosion rate of drilling fluid could be greatly reduced when the dosage of oxygen scavenger was 1000 mg/L.
