摘　　要：目的研究与观察二甲双胍对糖尿病患者维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸及事件相关电位P300的影响。方法选取2013年10月—2017年9月期间该院收治的76例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规糖尿病治疗组)38例和观察组(常规治疗加二甲双胍组)38例。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后不同时间的血清维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸及事件相关电位P300检测结果。结果治疗前及治疗后2、4个月两组患者的血清维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸及事件相关电位P300检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月观察组的血清维生素B_(12)及P300波幅均低于对照组,血清同型半胱氨酸及P300潜伏期均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍对糖尿病患者维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸及事件相关电位P300的影响较大,因此对采用二甲双胍治疗的患者应重视对上述指标的监测与调控。Objective To research and observe the effect of melbine on the vitamin B12, homocysteine and event related potential P300 on the diabetes patients. Methods 76 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group used the routine diabetes, while the observation group used the routine therapy combined with melbine, and the test results at different time before and after treatment were compared. Results The differences in the vitamin B12, homocysteine and event related potential P300 between the two groups before treatment and in 2 months and 4 months after treatment were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, in 6 months after treatment, the serum vitamin B12 and P300 amplitude in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum homocysteine and P300 latency were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of melbine on the vitamin B12, homocysteine and event related potential P300 on the diabetes patients is bigger, therefore, the patients treated with melbine should pay attention to the monitoring and adjustment of the above indicators.
