摘　　要：在中国绿色与发展关系转变、国际社会绿色共识演变、中国绿色实力聚变的新时代背景下,习近平总书记对中国参与全球生态文明建设的指导思想进行了继承性创新。具体包括:生态文明建设成为中国重要且紧迫的国家利益;中国和国际社会在生态文明建设的利益具有显著共性;中国在生态文明建设上应展现大国担当;既要保证分配正义,又要实现人与自然和谐发展的国际生态正义。这些内容为驳斥"中国环境威胁论"、提高生态文明建设美誉度以及确保中国参与全球生态文明建设的正确方向提供了有力保障。In a new era of the transformation of China＇s relationship of green and development,the evolution of green consensus in the international community,and China＇s green power fusion,General Secretary Xi Jinping has carried out the inheriting innovation to the guiding ideology of China＇s participation in the global ecological civilization construction.Xi＇s thought mainly includes：Ecological civilization construction becomes China＇s important and urgent national interest;The interests of China and the international community in the construction of ecological civilization have remarkable commonness;China should show great powers in the construction of ecological civilization;It is required to ensure the distribution of justice,and also to achieve the the international ecological justice in the harmonious development of human and nature.All of these provide a strong guarantee for rejecting the＂China Environmental threat Theory＂,improving the reputation of ecological civilization construction and ensuring China＇s proper participation in global ecological civilization construction.
