摘 要:目前高校就业指导课实践教学不足,理论指导多,模拟实训少;一般性指导多,针对性指导少;学生被动学习多,主动求知少。因此,就业指导课不仅要抓好理论教学,还应实施好模拟实训。结合专业特点的就业指导课模拟实训教学必须结合大学生专业特点精选教学、实训内容,根据学生能力基础优选教学、实训方式,依据就业市场现状和趋势确定教学、实训重点,针对学生个体特征和职业生涯规划进行个别培训。建立机制,运用好课堂教学与课外实训的两种途径,以帮助大学生端正就业态度,正确认知自我,明确发展方向,适应职场要求,实现理想就业或自主创业。At present,there are some problems with the course of vocational guidance at universities:insufficient practical teaching,more theoretical guidance,but less stimulation training;more general guidance but less targeted guidance;students' learning more passively but less actively.Thus,in the teaching of this course,teachers are supposed not only to grasp the theoretical training,but also to carry well on the stimulation training.The teaching of stimulation training in the course of vocational guidance with the professional characteristics should select teaching and training content according to university students' professional characteristics,select teaching and training methods according to students' competence base,identify teaching and training priorities according to the employment market,and conduct individual training according to students' individual characteristics and career planning.To build a fine mechanism and make use of classroom teaching and after-class training can help students have a proper employment attitude,perceive themselves properly,identify the development direction,adapt to the requirements of the workplace and achieve the ideal employment or independent entrepreneurship.
