摘　　要：基于湖南武陵山片区的特色文化产业集群发展现状分析,结合对湖南武陵山片区特色文化产业集群项目的发展动力机制分析,构建起武陵山片区特色文化产业集群发展动力模型,并提出更好地完善武陵山片区特色文化产业集群项目的发展动力机制,形成武陵山片区特色文化产业集群发展动力模型良性循环,从而促进武陵山片区经济的快速发展,加速武陵山片区的文化产业结构调整,推进武陵山片区精准扶贫战略的实施,提高当地人民的生活水平。This paper constructs the model of the motive force of the development of cultural industry clusters in Wuling mountain area characteristics based on the analysis of the present situation in the development of cultural industry cluster in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area,and combined with the analysis of the motive mechanism of the development of Hunan cultural industry clusters in Wuling Mountain area. This paper puts forward that we should improve the motive mechanism of the development of the project characteristics of cultural industry cluster in Wuling Mountain area,to form a benign circulation model of the motive force of the development of cultural industry cluster characteristics in Wuling Mountain area. This paper aims to promote the rapid development of Wuling mountain area economy,to accelerate the adjustment of the structure of cultural industry in Wuling mountain area, to promote the Wuling mountain area poverty alleviation accurate implementation of the strategy, and to improve the living standards of local people.
