鹿角各向异性力学性质及断面的分形分析

摘  要:指出了鹿角是一种由羟基磷灰石和胶原蛋白构成的生物复合材料。为研究鹿角微观结构与其力学性质的联系,选取了梅花鹿鹿角作为实验材料,分别取了鹿角密质骨部分沿三个不同方向的试样,通过材料测试机对试样的弯曲力学性能进行了测试,并对微观结构特征进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察。结果表明:鹿角密质骨的力学性能和试样的方向密切相关,即横向试样具有较大的断裂强度,弹性模量和断裂功,而纵向和径向试样的断裂强度、弹性模量和断裂功小于横向试样。这是由鹿角的微观结构特点影响的。根据分形原理,利用盒子法得到了不同方向试样的断面分形维数,结果显示,在横向断裂试样表面的分形维数和断裂能明显大于纵向和径向试样的值。这和力学实验结果一致。The observation of scanning electron microscope shows that antler is a kind of bioceramic composite consisting of hydroxyapatite fiber layers and collagen protein matrix. In this study, mechanical properties and microstructure of compact bone of sika deer antler along three different orientations are investigated. The bending mechanical properties of the specimens are tested with material--testing machine, followed by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation of the microstructural characteristics of the fracture surfaces. It is revealed that the mechanical properties of the compact bone of antler have positive correlation with orientations. Namely, the transverse samples have a larger fracture strength, elastic modulus and work--of--fracture than the longitudinal and radial samples. This is caused by the differences in the arrangement of osteons and material composition of the antler. Box--counting method is used to verify the correctness of the theoretical model. It is indicated that the value of the fractal dimension and the fracture energy in the transverse fractured surface is obviously greater than that in the longitudinal and radial orientations, which in accordance with the experimental results.
