摘　　要：目的 :设计基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)的疾病报卡管理系统,解决医院传染病、慢性病、流感样病等疾病报卡的实时性和准确性问题。方法:利用Power Builder 9.0应用程序开发环境,采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,基于HIS的Oracle数据库设计疾病报卡管理系统。通过报卡病种与疾病诊断对照,制定监测提醒规则,实时监测患者诊断数据及检查、检验结果数据,调用疾病报卡模板,从HIS中获取报卡需要的患者信息和诊疗信息并自动填充,完成疾病报卡实时上报及审核。结果:该系统能够实时监测患者诊断及检查、检验数据,自动生成疾病报卡,实时上报审核,并进行统计分析。结论:该系统为医院疾病报卡提供了智能化管理工具和有效的督导手段。Objective To design a disease report card management system based on HIS system so as to facilitate real-time and accurate reporting of infectious, chronic and influenza-like diseases in the hospital. Methods The system was developed with Power Builder 9.0, C/S architecture and Oracle database of HIS. The reported diseases were compared with the diagnosis results, and rules were made for monitoring and reminding; real-time monitoring of the diagnosis data and clinical laboratory examination results was executed; the template of disease report card was called, and the report card was filled with the patient and medical information from HIS; finally the report card was submitted and verified. Results The system realized real-time monitoring of diagnosis and clinical examination data, automatic generation of disease report card, real-time submission and verification as well as statistical analysis. Conclusion The system is of value for intelligent management and supervision of disease report card in the hospital.
