中美火线救治担架研究现状与进展

摘　　要：介绍了美军较为先进的火线救治担架以及我军目前应用较为广泛的火线救治担架,对比分析了各种担架的主要参数指标、性能特点及优缺点,指出了我军火线救治担架与美军相比还存在很大差距,在今后担架研发中应以实战需求为导向,以科技创新为动力,积极借鉴美军经验,加快新技术、新材料的战场转化,研发具备轻巧便携,实用可靠;模块组装,边送边救;功能叠加,一专多能等基本特征的新型火线救治担架。The advanced front-line rescue stretchers in USA and the widely used ones in China were introduced first. Then their main parameters, performance characteristics, advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed. Finally,some suggestions on the development of front-line rescue stretcher were put forward including emphasizing combat requirements and scientific technology innovation, considering the experience of USA army, introducing new technologies and materials, enhancing the portability, reliability, modularity, en-route treatment ability and multifunction of the front-line rescue stretcher.
