益气活血方联合强化胰岛素对T2DM亚临床血管病变及血清指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血方联合强化胰岛素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)亚临床血管病变患者的疗效及对血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法将2016年6月~2017年6月间收治的T2DM亚临床病变患者96例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组采用强化胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气活血方。比较两组临床疗效,评估两组治疗3月后血糖、血脂指标和相关血清指标(Hcy、Cys C、hsCRP)水平变化情况。结果治疗3月后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血脂血糖指标(FPG、Hb A1c、TC、LDL-C)和相关血清指标(Hcy、Cys C、hs-CRP):观察组水平均低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方联合强化胰岛素对T2DM亚临床血管病变疗效确切。Objective： To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with intensive insulin on subclinical vasculopathy and serum indexes（Hcy, Cys C, hs-CRP） in patients with T2DM. Methods： Totally, 96 patients with T2DM were admitted and treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group（n=48） and test group（n=48）. Patients in control group were treated with intensive insulin, while patients in test group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue prescription based on the control group. After three months, the blood glucose, blood lipids, and blood serum（Hcy、Cys C、hs-CRP） were compared between the two groups. Results： The blood glucose, blood lipids, and blood serum（Hcy、Cys C、hs-CRP） in test group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with intensive insulin has definite efficacy on vasculopathy for treating patients with T2DM.
