摘　　要：民族生态旅游是实现民族地区生态脱贫和经济增长的"强劲引擎",发展民族生态旅游是新时代下民族地区乡村振兴战略的必然选择。然而,理应与法治充分耦合的民族生态旅游,却处于外部法治环境失调、内在理性失范的法治困境中。基于此,实施乡村振兴下民族生态旅游的法治化是首要举措,建构民族生态旅游的法治维度势在必行。统筹兼顾民族生态旅游的法治宏观维度和法治微观维度,基于多维视域下透视分析民族生态旅游的法治,以期助推乡村振兴下民族生态旅游的发展。Ethnic ecological tourism is the powerful engine to getting rich from poverty by ecology and boosting economy in minority area. At the same time, ethnic ecological tourism which should couple with rule of law is nowadays in the plight of external legal environment disorder and the intrinsic reason＇s defacency. In this, it is vital to cairy out ethnic ecological tourism ruled by law under rural revi-talization ,and building the legal dimension of ethnic ecological tourism is part and parcel now. Therefore, we should balance the legal macro dimensions and microscopic dimensions of ethnic ecological tourism, deeply analyze the rule of law in ethnic ecological tourism from multiple perspectives in the hope to boost the development of ethnic ecological tourism under rural revitalization.
