基于“三自”管理的机械类大学生创新能力培养模式

摘　　要：针对目前大学生创新能力培养模式的现状和不足,结合本校的特色和现有条件,依托江西省精密驱动与控制重点实验室建设大学生机械创新基地。基地实行学生"自管理、自提高、自组织"的"三自"管理模式,充分发挥学生的积极性和创造力,以学生为主体,以科研训练和科技竞赛为载体,利用重点实验室的优良软硬件资源,开展创新人才培养活动。经过近十年的建设和实践,该培养模式对机械类大学生创新能力培养提供了实践经验。In view of the current situation and insufficiency of the innovative ability training mode of college students,combined with the characteristics and existing conditions of our university and relying on Jiangxi Province Key Laboratory of Precision Drive Control,a mechanical innovation base for college students is built. The base implements three-self management mode（ self-management,self-improvement and self-organization）,which gives full play to students＇ initiative and creativity. The base takes the students as the main body,takes the scientific research training and science competition as the carrier,and uses the excellent software and hardware resources of the key laboratory to carry out the training activities of innovative talents. Through construction and practice in the past ten years,this training mode provided practical experience for the cultivation of innovative ability of mechanical college students.
