摘  要:目的探讨不同强度的游泳运动对普通饮食大鼠及高脂饮食饲养大鼠血浆Toll样受体2(TLR2)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度的影响。方法选取60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为普食对照组、普食低运动组、普食中运动组、普食高运动组、高脂饮食对照组、高脂饮食中运动组。普食组大鼠给予普通饲养,高脂饮食组大鼠给予高脂喂养。运动强度根据大鼠所能承受的最大运动量分为高、中、低运动量。运动干预6周后,采用ELISA法测定各组血浆TLR2、TLR4、IL-6、TNF-α的浓度。结果不同饮食和运动强度作用下各组大鼠状态无显著改变,体重指标也无明显差异。高脂饮食对照组大鼠血浆TLR2和TLR4水平比普食对照组显著升高,且IL-6、TNF-α比较差异也有显著性(P<0.001)。高、中运动量普食大鼠的血浆TLR2、TLR4、IL-6、TNF-α水平比普食对照组大鼠均有显著改善(P<0.01),而中运动量对TNF-α水平的影响与高运动量相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。普食中运动组TLR2和TLR4水平比高脂饮食中运动量组明显下降(P<0.01),且IL-6、TNF-α也有显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高脂饮食较普通饮食可以显著升高大鼠血浆炎症因子水平,但不同运动量对TLR2、TLR4、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平影响不完全相同。Objective To investigate the effects of different intensity of swimming exercise on plasma Toll-like receptor(TLR)2,TLR 4,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)in rats fed with ordinary diet and high-fat diet. Methods Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:an ordinary diet control group,an ordinary diet low-exercise group,an ordinary diet middle-exercise group,an ordinary diet high-exercise group,a high-fat diet control group and a high-fat diet middle-exercise group.Each group consisted of 10 rats.The ordinary diet groups rats were fed with ordinary diet,and the high-fat diet groups rats were fed with high-fat diet.Exercise intensity was classified as high-,medium-,and low-intensity exercise based on the maximum amount of exercise the rat could withstand.After 6 weeks of exercise intervention,the concentrations of plasma TLR2,TLR4,IL-6 and TNF-αin each group were determined by ELISA. Results There was no significant change in the status of rats in each group under the intervention of different diet and exercise intensity,and there was also no significant difference in body weight index.Compared with ordinary diet control group,the plasma TLR2 and TLR4 levels in the high-fat diet control group were elevated more significantly,and there were also significant differences in comparison of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P 〈0.001).Plasma TLR2,TLR4,and IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly improved in high,moderate and low exercise groups compared with those in ordinary diet control group rats,while middleintensity exercise had the same effects on TNF-αlevel as high-intensity exercise(P 〉0.05).The TLR2 and TLR4 levels in the ordinary diet middle-exercise group were more significantly decreased than high-fat diet middle-exercise group(P 〈0.01),moreover,IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased more significantly(P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01).
