摘　　要：高校教师发展是个人发展、教学发展、专业发展和组织发展等多维度的整体发展,教学发展是教师发展的核心。教学是教师最根本的职责,高校教师是教学发展的主体。为促进教学改革,必须采取有效措施,提高教师教学发展,保障人才培养质量。Higher education faculty development is multidimensional and holistic,which includes individual development,teaching development,professional development and organizational development,and the core of faculty development is teaching development.Teaching is the fundamental duty of teachers,higher education teachers are the main body of teaching development.For promoting teaching reform,we must adopt effective measures to improve faculty and teaching development and guarantee the quality of personnel training.
