摘 要:通过煤焦油低温萃取沥青制备锂电负极专用针状焦的中试试验,研究了煤焦油沥青快速分离及脱除喹啉不溶物的方法,关键技术是低温萃取、采用复合溶剂制备精制沥青、延迟焦化工艺等。中试产品锂电负极针状焦经理化性能指标分析及锂电池充放电性能测试,表明锂电负极专用针状焦具有硫含量低、储电容量高的特性。在锂电池应用后,证明锂电负极专用针状焦能够满足锂电池负极的原料要求。The method of rapid separation and removal of quinoline insoluble matter from coal tar pitch was studied through the pilot test of the coal tar low temperature extraction of pitch for the preparation of the special needle coke for lithium negative electrode. The key technologies were the low temperature extraction, the preparation of refined pitch by mixed solvent, and delayed coking process, etc. Through the physical and chemical index analysis and lithium battery charge and discharge performance test, it was showed that the special needle coke for lithium negative electrode had the characteristics of low sulfur content and high storage capacity. After the application of lithium battery, it was proved that such needle coke could meet the raw material requirements of the negative electrode of lithium battery.
