摘  要:通过采用过滤-汽提-除油预处理、A/O-SBR生化处理和臭氧氧化-复式曝气深度处理的组合工艺,对某煤焦油悬浮床加氢装置高浓度劣质污水进行处理,分别介绍了预处理、生化处理、深度处理的工艺;采用组合工艺处理效果明显,COD质量浓度由41 240 mg/L降至278 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度由21 080 mg/L降至19.4 mg/L,油降幅达到99.78%、挥发酚降幅达到99.9%。处理后的废水达到了排放至城市污水处理厂的指标要求。Through the combination process of filtration-stripping-oil removal pretreatment, A/O-SBR biochemical treatment and ozone oxidation-double aeration advanced treatment, the high concentration and poor quality sewage of a coal tar suspension bed hydrogenation unit was treated with obvious effect. And measures of pretreatment, biochemical treatment and advanced treatment were introduced respectively. The content of COD was reduced from 41 240 mg/L to 278 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen was reduced from 21 080 mg/L to 19.4 mg/L, with the oil removal rate higher than 99.78%, and the volatile phenol removal rate reaching 99.9%. After treatment, the wastewater had met the requirement of being discharged to the municipal sewage treatment plant.
