摘　　要：结合酒钢焦化厂焦炉老龄化的特点,针对焦炉窜漏情况,介绍了焦炉炉体维护新方法:燃烧室翻修烘炉、炉顶区深度挖补、陶瓷焊补等;根据焦炉生产实际情况,还要对煤气系统和护炉铁件系统进行调控,采取以下措施:制定合适的集气管压力制度和加热制度、制定合适的弹簧吨位等。采取这些措施,并规范生产组织操作,加强日常护炉管理,炉体窜漏得到根治,达到环保要求。Combined with the characteristics of coke oven in the aging stage and the leakage of coke oven, the new maintenance method for coke oven furnace body was introduced： the refurbishment and oven baking of combustion chamber,the deep repair of the furnace top area and the ceramic welding repair. At the same time, according to the actual situation of the coke oven production, it was necessary to regulate the gas system and iron parts system for furnace protection. The following measures were taken： formulating suitable pressure and heating system of the gas collecting pipe, deciding suitable spring tonnage, etc. After taking these measures, the problem of leakage of coke oven furnace body is solved, meeting the environmental protection requirements.
