摘 要:2010年1月1日,《青岛市民用建筑节能条例》规定:新建12层以下居住建筑,建设单位应当采用太阳能热水系统与建筑一体化设计,并按照相关规定和技术标准配备太阳能热水系统[1]。自此岛城太阳能与建筑一体化进入发展的快车道,各种形式的太阳能系统被应用到住宅建设中,本文总结了各种太阳能系统在住宅建筑应用中的优缺点,并结合现状,重点分析了集中式热水系统在住宅建筑中的应用,提出了合理化的建议。On January 1, 2010, Qingdao municipal regulations on energy conservation of civil buildings stipulate that: when building residential buildings below the 12th floor, construction units shall adopt the integrated design of solar hot water system and building, and provide solar hot water system in accordance with relevant regulations and technical standards.Since then weap-ons into the development of the fast lane, solar energy and the building integration system is applied to the various forms of solar energy in residential constmction, this paper summarizes the various advantages and disadvantages in the applications of solar energy systems in residential buildings, and combined with the status quo, analyzed the centralized hot water system in residential buildings, the application of rationalization proposals are put forward.
