摘  要:核电厂仪控设备在取证过程中需开展一系列的鉴定试验,包括环境试验、电磁兼容试验、地震试验等。电磁兼容试验是对设备电磁干扰(EMI)水平和电磁抗扰度(EMS)能力的全面考核,电源线高频传导发射试验(CE102)则是其试验项目之一。本文基于某平台搭建的数字化控制系统(DCS)样机在鉴定试验过程中出现的CE102发射超限值问题展开讨论,从故障定位入手,深层次地对各干扰源进行排查,剖析故障机理,再结合CE102影响因素的理论分析,制定一系列整改措施,并加以验证,最终确保CE102试验顺利通过。实践证明,制定的整改措施有效,可供同类项目参考学习。A series of identification tests, including environmental tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests and seismic qualifi-cation, are required during the equipment qualification of nuclear power plant I&C equipment. Electromagnetic compatibility test is a comprehensive assessment of EMI level and EMS capabilities, and CE102 test is one of its test projects. This paper discusses the problem of CE102 emission over-limits that occurs during the qualification test of DCS prototype built on a certain platform. Fault location and in-depth investigation of various interference sources were carried out firstly, and then a series of rectification measures, combined with influence factors of CE102 test, ensured the successful passage of the CE102 test. Practice has proved that the rectification measures formulated is effective and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
