摘  要:目的:探讨脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)对猪肝、肾的亚慢性毒性作用。方法:选择98日龄前后,体质量40kg左右的杜×(长·大)三元杂交去势公猪45头,随机分成3组,每组15头,组内设3个重复,每个重复5头。分别在对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的每kg饲料中添加0 mg、25 mg、75 mg DHEA。预试期7d,试验期105d。试验结束时每组各选取6头猪,空腹12h后进行屠宰,采集猪血液和肝、肾组织样本,采用全自动生化分析仪测定各组血清生化指标,并观察肝、肾组织的病理学变化。结果:各试验组肝、肾功能指标无明显变化,肝、肾组织均未见明显病理变化,但是当日粮DHEA添加剂量达到75mg/kg时,猪肝脏重量增加。结论:各组使用低剂量DHEA的安全性较高,但达到一定剂量时,长期使用对猪肝脏有一定的亚慢性毒性。Objective:To investigate the role of sub-chronic toxicity of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)on the liver and kidney in barrows.Methods:Forty-five crossbred(Duroc×Landrace·Yorkshire)barrows which weighing approximately 40 kg at the start of the trail(98 day old)were divided randomly into 3 groups,each with 15,each have three repeat groups,each group repeat 5.The barrows were fed with the diet supplemented with 0,25,75 mg/kg DHEA,respectivly.The pre-test period was 7 days,following a105-day trial,the barrows were slaughtered,the blood samples were taken for further analysis of serum biochemical parameters by automatic bio-chemical analyzer,and the liver and kidney tissue samples were collected to observe the pathological changes.Results:It is showed that the function of liver and kidney is normal,and no obvious pathological changes were found in liver and kidney tissues treated with DHEA,butthe weight of liver was increased when the dosage of DHEA was 75 mg/kg.Conclusion:It is suggested that DHEA is safe to be used in low dose,but it has certain sub-chronic toxicity to liver of barrows in a long-term consumption.
