摘  要:目的:研究始穗期喷施芸苔素内酯(BR)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉酸(GA3)对国审稻"绿旱1号"生长后期部分生理特性及产量的影响。方法:采用大田随机区组设计,在始穗期喷施6-BA IAA、GA3、BR四种植物激素,以清水为对照。结果:于始穗期喷施BR、IAA、6-BA、GA3四种激素均能提高旱稻后期叶片中叶绿素含量、有效叶面积指数及光合速率,促进灌浆结实,穗实粒数及粒重显著提高,较对照分别增产8.84%、10.26%、14.62%和7.42%,其中BR、GA3处理较对照增产达显著水平,IAA、6-BA处理较对照增产达极显著水平。结论:始穗期喷施BR、IAA、6-BA、GA3四种激素能改善旱稻生长后期光合性能,提高产量。Objective:To study the effects of Brassinolide(BR),indoloacetic acid(IAA),6-benzyladenine(6-BA)and gibberellic acid(GA3)on the physiological characteristics and yield of "green drought1" at the beginning stage of panicle.Methods:Four kinds of plant hormones were sprayed with 6-BA,IAA,GA3 and BR at the beginning stage of panicle by random plot design.contrast with clear water.Results:The chlorophyll content,effective LAI and photosynthetic rate were increased effectively,the grain filling and seed setting were promoted,the number of grains per panicle and grain weight increased significantly,the yield increased 8.84%,10.26%,14.62%,7.42%,respectively.Among them,theyield of BR,GA3 treatment was increased significantly,and the increasing yield of IAA and 6-BA treatment were significant.Conclusion:It is indicated that spraying 6-BA,IAA,GA3,BR by heading stage improved the photosynthetic properties of upland rice,and increase the yield.
