摘 要:为实现煤泥的综合化利用、提高电厂低负荷运行时效益,在某W型火焰锅炉开展了无烟煤掺烧煤泥的现场试验,并对各试验工况的锅炉热效率、供电煤耗及供电成本进行了计算,此外还对煤泥的平衡价格进行了计算。研究发现随着煤泥掺烧比例的上升,飞灰含碳量和底渣含碳量明显上升,导致锅炉热效率降低;掺烧泥煤后机组供电成本下降;当煤泥与无烟煤差价在60元/吨以上时掺烧煤泥可提高机组经济性。In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal slime and improve the efficiency of power plant under low- load conditions, the field experiment of anthracite mixed with coal slime was carried out in a W-flame boiler. The boiler thermal efficiency, coal consumption and power supply cost of all conditions are calculated, and the equilibrium price of coal slime is calculated. The result show-that with the increase of the proportion of coal slime blending, the carbon content of fly ash and bottom slag are obviously increase, which leads to the decrease of the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The cost of power supply decrease after mixed with coal slime. It can improve the unit economy when the difference between coal slime and anthracite is more than 60 yuan per ton.
