摘 要:在云南电磁环网逐步开环运行的趋势下,220 kV区域网络逐渐由环网变为链式辐射网络,供电可靠性降低。传统备自投装置对站点的保护有局限性,无法满足区域网络多个站点供电可靠性的要求。本文提出了一种区域性备自投的控制方法,统筹考虑区域网络运行方式,分析网络结构及各种运行情况下的支路特点,通过对各类支路的判断和处置来实现对失压站点恢复供电,并对正常运行方式、断点调整、线路检修、跳闸等各类情况均可自动识别,具有较好的适应性和灵活度。Under the trend of the open loop at the electromagnetic looped network of Yunnan power grid, the structure of 220 kV regional networks is changed from loops to chains and radiations, which will reduce the power supply reliability. The limitations of the traditional automatic switchover device are not adapted to the reliability of power supply at regional networks with multiple sites. To solve these problems, a new- control method of the regional automatic switchover is proposed in this paper, which can analyze the network structure and branch characteristic in various operating conditions, and restore power supply to the voltage-loss station by branch identifications and actions. It has automatic identifications on the normal operation mode, breakpoint adjustment, line maintenance and trip, with higher flexibility and adaptability.
