摘 要:为了提高电网的控制质量,对发电机组也提出了相关的考核标准。水电中一次调频对于维持电网频率的稳定具有重要意义,其结果是否受到考核与调速器密不可分。本文在一次调频技术的前提下,对调速器的参数进行优化,引进了专家-模糊控制,阐述了算法的原理,并对一种优化算法PSO进行了改进以优化模糊控制中的两个参数:比例因子和量化因子。仿真结果表明PID参数经优化后,一次调频的控制效果得到了明显改善,满足考核标准的要求,提高了控制质量。In order to improve the quality of control of the power grid, some departments also put forward the relevant assessment criteria of the generators. Primary frequency in the hydropower is important to maintain the stability of the grid frequency, whether the results are assessed is inseparable from the governor. In this paper, the parameters of the governor are optimized under the premise of primary frequency modulation technique, we introduce the expert-fuzzy control and describe the principle of the algorithm, besides, the optimization algorithm PSO is improved to optimize the two parameters in the fuzzy control: Scale factor and quantization factor. The simulation results show-that the control effect of the primary frequency modulation has been improved obviously after the PID parameters are optimized which meets the requirements of the examination standard and improves the control quality.
