摘 要:提出利用蒸发冷凝法模拟皮肤出汗,通过控制蒸发冷凝时间来控制"出汗量"。研究发现,在一定蒸发冷凝时间范围内,模拟皮肤上的"出汗量"随蒸发冷凝时间的增加而线性增加;当水浴温度为70℃时,模拟皮肤的"出汗量"(g)与蒸发冷凝时间(min)之间的定量关系为:y=0.08+0.09*x;与喷水法相比,采用蒸发冷凝法得到的"出汗量"更稳定,操作更简便,且模拟皮肤出汗更均匀。The evaporation-condensation method is used to simulate the skin sweating and the sweating amount is controlled by controlling the evaporation-condensation time. The research shows that in a certain range of evaporation-condensation time, the sweating amount on the simulated skin increases linearly with the increase of time. When the water bath temperature is 70℃, the quantitative relationship between the sweating amount y (g) on the simulated skin and the evaporation-condensation time x (min) was y=0.08+0.09*x. Compared with the water spraying method, the evaporation-condensation method can provide more stable sweating amount and is easier to operate. And the simulated skin sweating is more uniform.
