区域高等教育国际化现状分析与发展建议——以宁波市为例

摘　　要：20世纪80年代末以来,区域高等教育以国际化办学指标、国际化人才培养培训项目、国际文化交流与合作等为主要内容,不断深化国际化人才培养质量,着力打造全方位、多层次、宽领域的高等教育对外开放格局。文章以宁波市为例,针对区域高等教育国际化发展过程中存在的问题,从国际化办学理念、高等教育自身和社会需求、加强国际化法律法规建设等方面,提出了相关的对策和建议。Since the end of 1980s, with the internationalized school-running target, the internationalized talent cultivation and training projects, and the international cultural exchange and cooperation as the main content, the regional higher education has been unceasingly deepening the quality of the internationalized talents cultivation and striving to build an omni-directional, multilevel and wide range higher education pattern opening to the outside world. Taking Ningbo as an example and aiming at the problems in the process of the internationalized development of regional higher education, this paper puts forward relevant measures and suggestions in internationalized school-running concept, the demand of higher education itself and society, and the enhancement of international laws and regulations construction.
