摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床护理路径选择。方法方便选择2015年2月—2017年11月该院收拾的86例经腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除患者,随机分为两组,每组43例。其中治疗组实施整体性临床路径护理模式,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组患者经护理后的临床有效率及并发症发生率。结果经护理后,治疗组总有效率97.67%明显高于对照组55.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.109,P<0.05),且治疗组并发症发生率4.66%明显低于对照组18.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.074,P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者实施整体性临床路径护理模式具有显著效果,能够有效提升临床护理有效率,并降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical nursing path selection for laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenalectomy in the hospital from February 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, 43 in each group. In the treatment group, the overall clinical pathway care model was implemented, and the control group was performed routine care. The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the total effective rate of 97.67% in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（55.81%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=21.109, P〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group of 4.66% vs 18.6%, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.074, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall clinical pathway nursing model for patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the clinical care efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications. It has a high value of clinical promotion.
