摘　　要：目的探究回医放血疗法对偏头痛患者血清5-HT及β-EP的影响。方法方便选取银川市第一人民医院中医科于2017年1月—2018年1月收治的50例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组,分别用于回医放血疗法治疗与药物治疗,治疗组给予,对比观察两组患者血清中5-HT及β-EP的变化及治疗效果。结果经不同方法治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.00%,与对对照组76.00%相比明显较高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回医放血疗法能显著改善偏头痛患者的临床症状,减轻患者的头痛次数、天数及VAS值,且治疗效果较为稳定,安全性较高,建议在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of reciprocating blood-letting therapy on serum 5-HT and β-EP in migraine patients. Methods A total of 50 migraine patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the First People＇s Hospital of Yinchuan from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The treatment group was divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment method. Treatment and drug treatment were given in the treatment group, and the changes of 5-HT and β-EP in the serum of the two groups were observed and treated. Results After treatment with different methods, the total effective rate in the treatment group was96.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.00%. There was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Retribution and bloodletting therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients, reduce the number of headaches, days and VAS values of patients, and the treatment effect is relatively stable, with high safety, it is recommended in the clinical application.
