清化饮治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者临床指标及胃部症状的价值  

The Value of Qinghuayin in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Type and Gastric Symptoms

摘　　要：目的探讨清化饮治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者临床指标及胃部症状的价值。方法方便收集2015年3月—2017年12月该院脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的患者,分为50例研究组(治疗方案为清化饮治疗)和50例对照组(治疗方案为西医治疗)。对比两组慢性胃炎治疗疗效;两组慢性胃炎治疗前后中医症状评分;两组患者服用药物期间安全性。结果研究组和对照组治疗疗效分别为94%、82%,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组慢性胃炎治疗前胃脘胀满、苔黄腻、黄腻满舌分别为(2.34±0.41)分、(2.46±0.25)分、(2.34±0.28)分vs(2.31±0.39)分、(2.43±0.37)分、(2.64±0.37)分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组和对照组慢性胃炎中医症状评分治疗后分别为(0.75±0.34)分、(0.63±0.34)分、(0.52±0.29)分、(1.17±0.42)分、(1.28±0.37)分、(1.69±0.34)分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者服用药物期间均未出现严重不良反应,安全性好,研究组出现1例尿常规异常、1例粪常规异常、2例肾功能异常;对照组出现1例血常规异常、2例尿常规异常、2例粪常规异常、1例肝功能异常、1例肾功能异常,比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.34,P>0.05)。结论清化饮可以改善脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者相关临床指标及胃部症状,药物服用安全。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Qinghuayin in treating chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach dampheat type and the value of gastric symptoms. Methods Convenient collected patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat chronic gastritis between March 2015 and December 2017 in the hospital and divided into 50 patients in the study group（treatment plan for Qinghua Decoction） and 50 patients in the control group（treatment plan for western medicine）. The therapeutic effects of chronic gastritis were compared between the two groups; the scores of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment of chronic gastritis in the two groups; and the safety during the two groups of patients taking the drug. Results The therapeutic efficacy of the study group and the control group were 94% and 82%, respectively, and the results were quite different（P〈 0.05）; the gastritis was full, the greasy yellow and the greasy tongue were full before the treatment of chronic gastritis in the study group and the control group.（2.34±0.41）points,（2.46±0.25）points,（2.34±0.28） points vs（2.31±0.39）points,（2.43±0.37）points,（2.64±0.37）points the difference was stiatical significant（P〈0.05）; Chronic gastritis in the study and control groups of the scores of symptoms were（0.75 ±0.34）points,（0.63 ±0.34）points, and（0.52 ±0.29）points, vs（1.17 ±0.42）points,（1.28±0.37）points, and（1.69±0.34）points after treatment（P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions during the administration of the drug, and the safety was good. There was one urine abnormality, one fecal abnormality, and two renal function abnormalities in the study group; one blood abnormality and two urine abnormalities occurred in the control group, 2 cases of fecal abnormalities, 1 case of abnormal liver function, 1 case of renal dysfunction, the difference was no statistically significant（χ^2=0.34, P0.05）.
