摘 要:以松木屑为模版,制备了La_2O_3-Ce_xZr_(1-x)O_2复合氧化物,用于催化餐饮废弃油合成生物柴油的酯交换反应。采用BET比表面积分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对La_2O_3-Ce_xZr_(1-x)O_2进行表征。研究不同制备方法对催化剂活性的影响,分析不同的反应条件对酯交换反应产率的影响。结果表明:当反应条件为x=0.5,催化剂量为餐饮废油质量的5%,甲醇与餐饮废油物质的量的比为54∶1时,在165℃下反应4.5h左右,酯交换反应获得生物柴油的产率为91.1%。La2O3-CexZr1-xO2 compound oxide was prepared by template method from pine sawdust.It was used as catalyst in a transesterification of waste cooking oil synthesized to biodiesel.The La2O3-CexZr1-xO2 was characterized by BET surface area analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of different preparation methods on activity of catalyst was studied.The influence of reaction condition on transesterification productivity was analyzed.The results indicate that biodiesel productivity can reach 91.1% at reaction temperature of 165 ℃ for 4.5 h and under the reaction conditions including x=0.5,catalyst being 5% of waste cooking oil in mass percent,amount of substance ratio of methanol to waste cooking oil being 54∶1.
