摘　　要：根据工艺流程和控制方案的要求,本文设计了以S7-200SMART PLC控制器为核心的饲料生产线自动控制系统。该系统主要实现了原料清理、粉碎、自动配料、混合搅拌及包装等工序的自动控制,具有现场监控和报警等功能。According to the requirements of process flow and control scheme,the automatic control system for feed production line based on S7-200 SMART PLC was designed.The operation of raw material cleaning,grinding,automatic batching,mixing and packing were implemented.The system had the functions of field monitoring and alarm.
