摘  要:分析了高炉-中频炉双联熔炼的优势与特点,对2种不同熔炼工艺进行对比分析,发现消失模厚壁件试样性能优于静压造型线薄壁件试样的性能。通过不断试验,调整生产工艺参数,摸索出满足铸件质量要求的高炉-中频炉双联短流程生产球墨铸铁熔炼工艺:将原铁液过热到1 540~1 560℃,再加入废钢和回炉料等炉料,调整w(C)量到3.3%~3.5%。该工艺生产的铸件球化等级可以达到2级,抗拉强度能稳定在500 MPa以上,伸长率达到10%以上。The advantages and characteristics of duplex-smelting in blast furnace-intermediate frequency furnace were analyzed.By comparing and analyzing two different smelting processes,it was found that the performance of the lost foam thick-walled part was better than that of the press molding thin-walled one. Through continuous testing and adjustment of production process parameters,the blast furnace-intermediate frequency furnace duplex short-flow production process for nodular iron smelting was found out that satisfies the quality requirements. Raw iron liquid was overheated to 1 540 to 1 560 ℃,and then scrap and returns were added to charge. Adjust the w(C)amount to 3.3%~3.5%. The process could produce cast iron with spheroidizing grade of grade 2. The tensile strength and elongation exceeded 500 MPa and 10%.
