摘 要:介绍了真空负压消失模铸造工艺以及影响真空负压消失模铸件质量的关键性因素;研究了负压度变化对真空消失模铸造灰铸铁件过程参数及铸件质量的影响趋势,包括铸件尺寸变形、塌箱(皮透)缺陷、碳黑和夹渣、铸件粘砂缺陷、浇注速度、铸件外观,进行了试验及现场批量生产验证,结果表明:适当提高负压度可以有效地杜绝铸件的尺寸变形缺陷和塌箱缺陷,减少夹渣缺陷,降低铸件粘砂缺陷,缩短铸件浇注时间,降低浇注时呛火风险。The vacuum negative pressure lost foam casting process and the critical factors influencing quality of vacuum negative pressure lost foam casting were introduced. The influencing trend of negative pressure change on the process parameters of vacuum negative lost foam cast gray iron casting and casting quality was investigated including:dimension deformation,crush,skin penetration,carbon black and slag inclusion,burning-on defect,pouring rate,and outer appearance quality of casting.Trial test and batch production confirmation was carried out,the results showed,properly raising the negative degree could effectively avoid dimension deformation defect and crush defect,reduce slag inclusion defect,decrease burning-on defect,shorten pouring time of casting,reduce boiling risk during pouring.
