摘  要:介绍了壁厚为140 mm球墨铸铁避震器的铸件结构及生产情况,为解决该铸件出现的铸件断面石墨球数少、有碎块状石墨以及石墨漂浮问题,采取了以下改进措施:(1)增设冷铁强化冷却;(2)球化处理时添加1.2%~1.4%的纯La低RE球化剂,往处理包出铁时随流加入0.1%~0.3%的石墨型增碳剂,采取包内孕育+随流孕育+型内孕育3次孕育方法;(3)控制CE及w(Si)量,降低浇注温度。生产结果显示:铸件球化率≥85%,石墨球数≥100个/mm2,铸件孤立热节处缩松问题得到改善,使铸件毛坯达到X射线探伤1级的要求。The structure and production of castings with thickness of 140 mm nodular iron shock absorbers were introduced. In order to solve the problems of graphite balls lack,crumb-like graphite and graphite floating in the castings,the following improvements were taken:(1)Chilings was added to strengthen cooling.(2)Adding 1.2%~1.4% pure La low RE nodularizer in treatment,adding 0.1% ~0.3% graphite-type carbon agent and take the package inoculation,stream inoculation and mold inoculation as 3 times inoculation method.(3)Control CE and w(Si) amount,reduce the pouring temperature. Production results showed that:the casting nodularity rate was more than 85%,the number of graphite balls was more than 100/mm2. The castings wasolated hot section at the shrinkage problems had been settled,so that casting blank X-ray detection met level 1 requirements.
