特种发热保温冒口套在东久造型线上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了东久造型线造型的特点,说明传统的发热保温冒口套需要装进覆模砂壳型再卡进下箱才可以使用,操作较复杂,成本也较高。为此,开发了新型的特种发热保温冒口套,并在模具上增设冒口套定位装置,使冒口套可以直接套在模具定位上使用,简化了工人操作,降低了冒口套的使用成本。以QT550弹簧座铸件为例,采用了底部贴有铁片的HD140特种发热保温冒口套,利用磁铁对铁片的吸引力,将发热冒口套固定在模具上,减少了放置冒口的工作量,降低了成本。The characteristics of dongjiu modelling line was introduced. It showed that the traditional caloric and heat insulating riser sleeves need to be installed into the mold-coated sand shell type and then inserted into the lower box before they could be used. The operation was complicated and the cost was high. To this end,a new type of special caloric heat-insulating riser sleeve was developed,and a positioning device for it was added to the mold so that the riser sleeve could be directly placed on the mold. It simplified the operation of the worker and reduced the cost of the riser sleeve. Taking the QT550 spring seat casting as an example,the HD140 special caloric heat-insulating riser sleeve with an iron piece attached on the bottom was used. The attraction of the magnet to the iron piece was used to fix the heat riser sleeve on the mold and reduce the work of placing and it reduced costs.
