摘　　要：简单分析了营业税改增值税形势下营改增对工程计价的影响,从造价员的岗位和职责出发,阐述了造价员新背景下应掌握的一些税改知识及应对措施。This paper briefly analyzed the influence of VAT to engineering value under the situation of business tax replaced by value-added tax,from the position and responsibility of cost staff,elaborated some tax reform knowledge and measures that cost staff should grasp under the new background.
