摘  要:为了筛选出苹果自根砧T337的最佳嫁接方式,采用主成分分析和隶属函数分析法对6种嫁接方式进行了筛选。利用主成分分析法将14个具有一定相互关系的嫁接指标归纳为6个主成分因子,分别为叶绿素b含量、海绵组织厚度、叶面积、可溶性蛋白含量、主干粗度及POD活性。根据以上主成分因子的隶属函数值和综合评价值,得出自根砧T337的适宜嫁接方式顺序为插皮接>单芽枝接(20 cm)>单芽枝接(保留长度)>带木质部芽接>单芽枝接(30 cm)>单芽枝接(0 cm)。In order to screen out the best grafting pattern of apple self-rooted rootstock T337, we used principal componentanalysis and membership function methods to screen six grafting patterns. The results of principal component analysis showed that14 grafting indexes could be classified into 6 principal components, including chlorophyll b content, spongy tissue thickness, leafarea, soluble protein content, main trunk diameter and POD activity. According to the membership function value and comprehensive evaluation value of above six principal components, the suitable grafting patterns for T337 had the following order: bark graft?ing〉 single-bud scion grafting (20 cm) 〉 single-bud scion grafting ( retaining all length) 〉 bud grafting with xylem〉 single-budscion grafting (30 cm) 〉 single-bud scion grafting (0 cm) .
