摘  要:以螺旋轴流式油气混输泵YQH-100为研究对象,在此基础上对增压单元叶片轴向长度进行优化设计,利用专业流场模拟软件Fluent 18. 0进行流场数值模拟;以水和空气作为介质,通过对YQH-100复合静叶选取不同的长短叶片数,在不同流量和含气率的工况下进行数值模拟,得到混输泵增压单元压力场分布和含气率分布,并计算出不同工况下整机的增压曲线,扬程曲线以及效率曲线。通过对比得出在不同流量和不同含气率工况下,复合静叶的叶片数为8-8时,混输泵的效率和增压效果明显高于其他两种情况。其他两种情况,增压单元气液分离较严重的地方位于静叶压力面弦长约2/3的处;在静叶尾部叶顶处均存在局部压力过大和较大的漩涡。由此表明复合静叶叶片数为8-8时能提高整机性能。Taken the YQH-100 gas-liquid helico-axial multiphase pump as research object,the optimization design of the compression unit of axial blade length was carried out and numerical simulations were conducted based on the commercial software FLUENT 18.0. By using water and air as medium, numerical simulations were conducted on different length compound immobile impeller number of YQH-100 composite guide vane of multiphase pump under different flow rates and different conditions of gas volume fraction (GVF).The pressure field and gas content distribution of the compression unit were derived and the pressure curve, the head curve and efficiency curve under different working conditions were calculated further. The results show that when the blade number of composite guide vane is 8-8, the efficiency and pressurization effect of the multiphase pump are obviously higher than those of the other two cases. The other two compression unit of gas-liquid separation is more serious. The worst places of gas-liquid separation lie in the 2/3 chord length of the tail of guide vanes pressure surface. There is excessive local pressure and larger eddies located in blade tip of guide vane. Theperformance of the compression unit can be improved when the blade number of composite guide vane is 8-8.
