摘  要:风力发电是对传统发电方式的有效补充。风的方向、大小常具有不可预测、不可控制等特点。这些特点会导致由风力发电主导的电厂所输出的有功功率存在波动,从而影响整个大电网,造成大电网频率不稳定,使得大电网的电能质量下降,甚至会带来大电网的解裂。文章以双馈感应风力发电机模型为基础,构造了风力发电系统模型,并采用小波变换理论对该模型所输出的有功功率进行多层次分解。在低频分量信号中应用MUSIC谱估计算法,建立非平稳随机时变功率谱,通过比较输出功率与设定阈值之间关系,设计基于分布式储能方式下的风力发电机储能装置控制系统。仿真结果表明:设计的控制系统可以实现对风电输出功率在线监控下的功率平滑控制。Wind power generation is one of the most promising renewable power generation, which has the most large-scale development conditions and has the most promising development. But the wind energy has characters on the randomness and indirectness, which will lead to the fluctuation of the active power output of the wind farm. This makes the power quality is lower than peak load regulation and frequency modulation in power grid. The distributed energy storage device control system of wind power generator storage mode is designed, based on the theory of doubly fed induction generator. The wavelet transform theory was utilized to decompose the active power output from multi-scale model. The MUSIC power spectrum estimation algorithm was applied to the low frequency component signal, and the nonstationary random time-varying power spectrum was established. The super capacitor and battery energy storage characteristics of the energy distribution system were considered. The design can achieve a reasonable real-time analysis and storage control for wind power.
