摘　　要：随着教育改革的推进以及互联网时代的到来,为进一步提高教学质量、增强教学效果,传统的法学案例教学与现代教育技术的结合已成为不可回避的热点话题。本文以法学案例在新传媒环境下的教育技术应用作为研究对象,通过对法学案例教学与现代教育技术的关系研究,探究法学案例与教育技术结合在新传媒环境下的应用意义,并运用现代化教育技术分别与法学案例教学的阶段匹配性、案例库建立、创新性等方面的有机结合,阐述法学案例在新传媒环境下的教育技术适用,从而探索出更科学、有效、正确的人才培养方案,使更多的学生能深度地理解法学知识,并将法律意识深刻地扎根于未来的工作生活与为人处世之中。With the progress of education reform and the advent of the Internet era, to further improve teaching quality and enhance teaching effect, it has become an inevitable topic to combine the traditional law case teaching with modern educational technology.With the application of law cases in educational technology in the new media environment as the research object, through the research on the relationship between law case teaching and modern educational technology, this paper explores the significance of combining law cases with educational technology in the new media environment, combining modern educational technology respectively with the phase adaptability, case bank construction and innovation of law case teaching, and elaborates the applicability of law cases in educational technology in the new media environment, so as to find out a more scientific, effective and correct talent cultivation program, make more students deeply understand legal knowledge and let legal awareness deeply root in their work and life in the future.
