摘　　要：新型城镇化高效集约、城乡统筹、生态和谐的发展要求下,地方高校城乡规划相关专业教学应当紧密结合行业人才需求变化与时俱进。文章以广西师范学院人文地理与城乡规划专业为例,探讨广西本地高校如何深化课程内容,针对地域条件和服务对象,找准区域与社会需求,探求人才培养需求新动态,以期开展针对性强、人才综合能力突出、体现本地化特色的教学改革。Under the requirements of the new type of urbanization, efficient intensive, urban-rural integration, and ecological harmony, local colleges and universities should be closely associated with the changing needs of professionals in urban and rural planning. Taking the human geography and urban and rural planning major of Guangxi Normal University as an example, this article discusses how local colleges and universities in Guangxi can deepen their curriculum content, identify regional and social needs, and explore new trends in the demand for talent training in light of geographical conditions and service targets. Talented people have outstanding comprehensive ability and reflect localized teaching reform.
